A high quality, high specification German built spindle moulder with the facility for tilting + / - 45 degrees. The tilting aggregate is supported on both sides in solid segment guides. The table is strong ribbed cast iron with rotating table rings. As standard the machine is equipped with a 15hp motor and 'quick change' HSK 80 interchangeabe spindle system that requires no pneumatic locking. Other standard features include 2 axis motorised positioning control for vertical rise/falll and tilt setting with LED readouts and automatic calibration of display for tilting setting. One off 11/4" dia HSK 80 spindle is supplied with additional spindles available on request.
