A quick and easy to use space saving clamping system for frame and door assembly that allows you to change sizes in a matter of seconds. Its rugged design means that doors will always be clamped and squared accurately without need for RF curing or pinning of the joints. Each door clamp is equipped with two adjustable pneumatic cross clamps which pulls the frame towards the square and four quick adjusting pneumatic draw clamps that finish the squaring and clamping sequence. Air pressure can easily be regulated with each clamping cylinder having an average clamping force of 1600 lbs. The clamping sequence is activated by two hand push button safety control.
The large frame unit allows either one large door frame to be clamped up to 2130 mm long, or by inserting the centre bar two smaller doors up to the maximum capacity can be clamped and squared at the same time.

The JLT 'Entry Door Clamp' is designed for squaring and clamping internal and external dowelled or tenoned doors. The general method of operation is as per the Double Door Clamp but with a bigger working capacity.
