A range of automatic glue application equipment for window and door components, eliminating the need for manual application of adhesive which can be time consuming / costly interms of glue clean up and glue wastage. General features include simple use and set up with no electrical connection needed, only a pneumatic supply is required. Available with 2, 3 or 4 heads with a wide range of standard and special size nozzles depending on the profile to be glued and suitable for joints from 3 to 10cm . The glue is dispensed through the nozzle while carriage reverses so that the glue is spread evenly over the whole length of the tenon. Standard features include flow of glue dispensed on to the nozzle according to height and depth of the tenon, adjustable carriage stroke speed. For cleaning the heads / nozzles can be tilted an immersed in the water basin. On request the machine can be supplied with through washing system (to be connected to external water supply) and also metered glue delivery system. This type of machine suitable for PVA glues with viscosity between 8,000 and 15,000 mPa s and working temperature of 20 degrees.
