A twin blade mitre saw with adjustable angle setting to the saw heads from 45 to 90 degrees. Adjustable in length up to 2500mm with the left hand saw unit remaining fixed with the right hand moveable. Ideal for making clean and accurate cuts on a wide range of products such as foil wrapped mdf for door mouldings and frames along with solid wood or mdf architraves and picture / mirror frames. As standard the machine is equipped with a fully automatic pneumatic clamping and cutting cycle activated by two hand push button safety control. On request the machine can supplied with a motorised digital positioning system. Additionally it can be equipped with 'I' type routing cutters that allow for the cut components to be securely held together with the Toskar 'I' joint plastic insert system which ensures perfect joint accuracy. Alternatively the Woodmaster can be supplied the twin horizontal drilling heads that allow for dowel holes to made. In both cases the operation of the routing or drilling units is automatically sequenced in with the machine cutting cycle which therefore elimates the need for double handling and seperate machining operations.
