A single blade mitre saw for cutting at a fixed 45 degree angle. Pneumatic movement of the saw unit via 2 hand push button control and also pneumatic clamping of the workpiece. Once the mitre cut has been made a router cutter unit can be activated that comes up from the underside if the table to machine 2 x I type slots in the underside of the cut component. This allows for the insertion of the Toskar I type plastic insert to securely hold and position the two mitred components together. The Woodmaster single is ideal for producing mitred cabinet doors from mdf or solid wood along with mirror or picture frames.
