PLC controlled bridge mounted on the squaring table equipped with nailing guns for automatically nailing the OSB / plywood to the panel.
Separate touch screen PC with wireless connection to which nailing positions downloaded from offline software which can import from Eleco, Consultec, HSB, Vertex, Mitek, RCS and Wood Engine and other popular design packages via our nailing softwre interface.

Router complete with frequency inverter, mounted on the bridge for routing out openings in the panels. Complete with software controls and dust extraction.
