A CNC controlled panel beam saw for processing panel material of chipboard, MDF, laminated and unlaminated material of wood, compounds, synthetics etc. The automatic working sequence allows precise cutting of dimensions and optionally angles through angle cutting equipment. There is also the possibility to do cutouts and or insert cuts with a controlled saw carriage available as an option. The solid machine bed consists of a sturdy distortion free construction welded in hollow section profiles that provides excellent support of the sawing aggregate thus guaranteeing precise guiding. The saw carriage system itself is suspended on both sides of the machine frame on two hardened and ground bars and runs on 4 point concave roller guiding system. The saw aggregate is equipped with two independant working units for the main saw and the scoring saw. The vertical setting of the saw unit is via special guiding bars. Feed speed of the saw carriage is variable from 0-80m/min with the return speed always at the maximimum to keep the cylce time to a minimum. The drive is via a toothed rack.The main saw unit can be set at different levels of cutting height which can be pre-set through the control unit. Horizontal and vertical setting of the scoring unit is mechanical carried out from outside the machine.Both saw units are equipped with the APA quick clamping system. The pusher fence is equipped with automatic clamping units to grip the material to be cut for exact positioning. The clamping pressure can be adjusted from the machines switch panel. Drive of the pusher fence is variable and by toothed racks on each side. As standard 3 x 1400mm x 600mm front support tables are supplied. The control unit is an industrial PC unit model PC4 with pentium processor, windows XP, 3.5" disk drive unit and CD drive unit. The screen is a 17" TFT graphic display. Connections can be made to an external mouse and label printer. In addition the PC can be connected to a local network. Easy entry of data with permanent indication of the residual size of panel . Prepared programs for ready cut, grooving, rebating and cut outs. Synchronus indication of cutting patterns to processed through pictures on the control unit.
