A sawing center for processing panel material of chipboard,laminated and unlaminated materials of wood, compound material, synthetics and similar materials. The sawing center allows for for straight 90 degree cuts plus mitre cuts upto 45 degrees thanks to the tilting saw aggregate. In addition the saw can be equipped with optional angle cutting equipment for plus / minus 45 degrees cuts. When this works together with the tilting blade it is possible to make compound angle cuts. The automatic working sequence of the sawing center allows precise cutting of dimensions and angles. As an option rebates and grooves of different depths can be made along with the possibility to make cut outs or insert cuts with a controlled saw carriage. The saw carriage is supported on both sides of the machine frame on two hardened and ground round bars and 4 off concave ground rollers (horizontal 4 point guiding system). The tilting of the unit is equipped with two independant aggregates for the main blade and the scorer. The vertical setting is done by special guides in hardened and ground linear rails. Feed speed of the saw carriage is variable 0-100 mt/min with the return speed always at the maximum. The stroke of the saw carriage and the pre-selected height of cut is automatically controlled from the machines main control panel.The main saw blade dia is 350mm with a 14kw motor as standard. The scoring unit has a 1.1kw motor with 180mm max. blade dia. Horizontal and vertical setting of the scoring unit is done mechanically thro' adjusting screws. The setting procedure can easily be done from outside the machine with a special key. Both saws have the APA quick clamping system. The pressure beam is guided on both sides through toothed racks. The pusher fence is equipped with automatic clamps that can be adjusted in two levels from the machines switch panel. The drive of the pusher is by 2 x toothed racks. The main machine controller is an industrial PC, Windows XP embededded, 17" TFT monitor with compact flashcard 1gb.Complete with keyboard and mouse.
