A dedicated dowel boring and insertion machine for the dowelling of window frame and door joints. Dowelling offers a number of advantages including a positive location and extremely strong joint. The Sprint model incorporates dedicated used friendly 'KOCHWOP' software for positioning of the dowel hole on the window or door frame and also in the ends of the mullions and transoms. Machine operation is extremely quick with simple component positioning and clamping. This particular model of machine is just one from the 'Sprint' family with possibility to configure each one to suit customers own specific requirements.

- NC positioning of height adjustment for drilling / dowel insertion - z axis.

- 6 x adjustable vertical clamping cylinders.
- Mechanical height adjustment of top clamping beam with mechanical digital readouts.
- Push button to start working cycle.
- Koch numeric control with 10.4" touch panel colour graphic screen. Windows XP operating system.
- Koch WOP parametric programming.
- Modem for remote teleservice support.
