A Semi automatic figure jointing machine with a cycle time of approx 1.5 passes per minute.

The pack of timber upto 500mm wide is manually assembled and rolled into the transfer. One end is combed and the transfer rotates the pack 180 degrees allow the 2nd ends to be combed (and glued). Workpieces are then transferred to a holding area and are then manually tilted through 90 degrees and fed into the press station. Once pressed and crosscut to length the finished length is automatically ejected.
