EPS Panel Structure
We have worked closely with panel manufacturers such including
Kingspan, SBS, Hemsec, Innovare and MTS to ensure the equipment is able to process their current and future panel sizes.

For ripping up to 8m long SIP panels - up to 180mm high
H&M SIP Sizing and Routing Machine
Specially manufactured machine, designed to be part of a production line with automatic infeed and outfeed systems, the machine can size panels up to 4800mm wide and 12,000mm long (standard 2800mm x 6000mm) up to 300mm deep.
Facilities to rebate splines, cut windows and doors and drill lift holes. Panel nesting facilities also available
