A Heavy duty single head CNC 3 axis swing chisel mortiser. Programming via CN SIC3 controller using Windows XP operating software allowing a limitless number of programs to be created and memorised under a product or customer name. The controller incorporates a colour 12" TFT monitor with graphics, keyboard and mouse with the possibility to save programs to a USB key.

- Structure made up of a very thick load bearing steel tube frame subjected to stress relieving so as to keep its geometric characteristics unaltered over time.
- In the back part of the structure are assembled two tempered and rectified rail guides on which move slide units with ball circulation with a big load capacity both static and dynamic, high stiffness, sliding and silent stoke.
- The mortise head X axis movement is driven by direct current on a precision rack and mounted on linear prismatic guides and ball re-circulating slides.
- The depth of mortise, Y axis, is hydraulic cylinders with movement on linear prismatic guides with ball re-circulating slides. An optic line guarantees the precision of positioning.
- The height of the mortise head, Z axis, is via DC motor and gearbox with prismatic guides. An optic line gurantees
- Clamping of the mortising head and a vertical and horizontal workpiece clamps are hydraulic.

- Manual lubrication system.
