A substantially built machine designed for the workshop that may require continuous production of a particular product, but still require the versatility of a machine that is easy to set and operate. This model of machine is fitted with 2 independent sensitive hydraulic copy units that can work from either a template or sample. The first cutter would be set for roughing out, the second one for the finishing cut that will enable a component to be produced in one pass. There is still the possibility to programme a second automatic pass of the finishing gouge for heavy work. The machine is also equipped with hydraulic semi automatic centreing device, hydraulic tailstock unit and manually operated back knives (with optional hydraulic control). The movement of the tool saddle is via precision re-circulating ball and screw drive with the possiblity to memorise the tool saddle speed in the machine programmer.
A hand held control unit allows the operator to access the rear of the machine when setting up.
