A CNC controlled beam saw for processing panel material of chipboard, laminated and unlaminated materials of wood, compound material, synthetics and similar materials.The automatic working sequence allows precise cutting of dimensions. As an option the machine can also be equipped to cut angles and make rebates / grooves of different depths. There is also the possibility (optional) to do cutouts and / or insert cuts with a controlled saw carriage.
The sawblade carriage is supported on two sides of the machine frame and is precisely guided in horizontal direction on two hardened and ground round bars with 4 concave gound rollers (horizontal 4 point guiding system). The vertical setting of the main blade and scorer is via linear guides for max. accuracy. The feed speed of the saw carriage is variable from 0-80m/min. The return speed of the carriage is always at the max. of 80m/min to permit a fast cycle time. The drive of the carriage is via a toothed rack. The cutting height and cutting stroke is automatically set / controlled by the main machine controller. The stanfard blade dia is 370mm and motor size 18.5kw. The scoring saw unit uses a is 2.2kw motor and a has a blade dia. of 180mm. Horizontal and vertical setting of the scoring saw is done by electrically step motors through input on the machine controller - horizontally by 0.3mm and vertically by 0.1mm. The pressure beam clamping is controlled by by an electronical optimal positioning system dependant on the height / stack of panels to be cut. The pusher fence is equipped with automatic workpiece clamps that can have the clamping pressure regulated from the control panel. The drive of the fence is via 2 x toothed racks on either side. The machine uses a Euroline indutrial PC controller with Pentium processor and Windows XP technology.It has a 3.5" disk drive unit and 17" TFT display with connections for an external mouse and label printer. Easy entry of data with prepared programs for grooving, rebating and cut outs. Connection and communication to a local network is possible as well as remote maintenance. On request an office and / or machine based cutting optimisation package can be supplied.
