Heavy duty machining centre with CNC control to X,Y and Z axis and automatic pneumatic positioning of head to 90 degrees in the A axis through the machine's programme. The machine has a very simple loading system for quick change over between workpieces whether 'sequence' or 'one off' machining is required.

Easy fixed bench loading to fence line and stop as with conventional machines. Standard controls for simple change over to produce LH and RH components from the same programme.

Equipped with tilting 3hp router head with ER 32 Collets with spindle speeds programmable 600 to 18000 rpm to allow full and direct power CNC machining to the top and side of components.

Standard pneumatic clamping system for components

Very simple preinstalled Windows based programmimg system of electronic templates allowing programmer or operator simply to select template required and enter dimension data. Storage of this data in the machine's memory or on floppy disc for recall in the future. If required a facility to release a CAD/CAM programme to create programmes or import .dxf files from other software
