CNC machining centres for automatic Routing, Boring, Profiling, Grooving of all types of panel and solid wood components. Complete with automatic Toolchanger and working areas X Axis 2600mm, 3700mm or 6000mm and Y axis 900mm or 1250mm.

The workpieces are vacuum clamped directly to a matrix table or held by easily moveable vacuum cups mounted on aluminium rails which are equipped with X & Y axis retractable pneumatic reference stops. Optionally the machines can also be fitted with pneumatic clamping cylinders for component clamping.

The working area is arranged in two fields which can be used separately or linked as one working field. The machines have CE rigid safety fencing to three sides and a sectioned safety mat in front of the machine.

3 adjustable vacuum pods to each cross support on 1250mm Y axis models (2 for each support on 900mm Y axis model) with mechanical locking and easily moveable in the Y axis. Vacuum pods 165 x 116 x 24mm.
