Heavy duty machining centre with CNC control to X,Y and Z axis and automatic positioning of the router head in either a vertical or horizontal position.

The machine has a fixed bed with retracting back fence and pneumatic top clamps allowing easy set up for components. The left and right push start cycle buttons fitted at each end of the machine makes it easy to produce handed components from the same programme.

Equipped with a single 4.5hp router motor working either vertically or horizontally with programmable spindle speeds from 600 to 18000 rpm allowing full and direct power to be transmitted when machining either from the top or the side of components.

Very simple and easy to use preinstalled Windows based programming system of electronic templates allowing the programmer or operator to simply select a template ( macro ) and enter the required data. the macro can then be positioned electronically on the component with the graphics displayed on the 14" colour monitor. Storage of all the data can be held in the machine's memory or on floppy disc.

The machine is supplied to CE requirements with perimeter guarding and a front lifting pneumatic guard integrated with the machine cycle.
