AUTOMATIC GROOVING & FLUTING MACHINE |
A dedicated heavy duty machine for fluting and grooving straight and shaped turned components. Suitable for high production with simultaneous grooving to both sides of workpiece and also the possibility to machine two workpieces together up to a working diameter of 120mm. Larger workpieces up to 200mm diameter can be worked singularly. Tracing of the template is by pneumatic cylinder which has a pressure regulator and good uniform control of the carriage is achieved via a hydraulic drive system. Automatic indexing of workpiece for multiple grooves.
