Heavy duty machining centres with standard Vertical and Horizontal Routing operations and automatic toolchanger suitable for complete machining of all types of panel, joinery and solid wood components with optional bed sizes X Axis 2600 with 900mm or 1250mm Y axis.
The Vertical Head unit is equipped with 10 hp Routing motor with automatic toolchanger Vertical and Horizontal drilling and Grooving saw
The workpieces are held by easily moveable vacuum cups mounted on aluminium rails which are equipped with X & Y axis retractable pneumatic reference stops. Optionally the machines can also be fitted with pneumatic clamping cylinders for component clamping.
The working area is arranged in two fields which can be used separately or linked as one working field. The machines have CE rigid safety fencing to three sides and a sectioned safety mat in front of the machine.
