SEMI AUTOMATIC SANDING MACHINE FOR TURNED COMPONENTS |
A heavy duty semi automatic sanding machine for high quality sanding of turned components. Equipped for two sequenced sanding operations, a Narrow Sanding Belt head unit for finish sanding of flat surfaces and simple profiles followed by a Oscillating Brush belt equipped with ragged abrasive for finish sanding of profiled turned sections of the workpiece.
The movement of the sanding belt unit is by hydraulic action, following a sample component or template mounted on the top of the machine. Selection of one or two passes of the sanding belt depending on the required finish quality
