An economical CNC machining centre for CNC Boring and vertical Routing for all types of panel and solid wood components. Complete with CNI Windows based parametric CNC Control for programming the machine.

The workpieces are held by easily moveable vacuum cups mounted on aluminium rails which are equipped with X and Y axis retractable pneumatic reference stops. Alternatively the machine can be equipped with a solid matrix table 30 x 30mm grooves for vacuum clamping the workpieces. 4 rear pneumatic reference stops on X axis and 2 pneumatic reference stops on Y axis

Optionally the machines can also be fitted with pneumatic clamping cylinders for component clamping.

The working area is arranged in two fields which can be used separately or linked as one working field. The machine has CE rigid safety fencing to three sides and a sectioned safety mat in front of the machine.

Workpiece Support

6 Aluminium cross supports mechanicallly locked and arranged in 2 working fields. Each with rear pneumatic reference stop.
2 adjustable vacuum pods 100 x 100mm to each cross support (12 in total). Each cross support prearranged for 3rd vacuum pod.
40m3 vacuum pump Becker
6 Front and 2 End retractable pneumatic reference stops for X and Y axis.
4 pneumatic panel lifting devices

Solid matrix table with 30 x 30mm vacuum sections for individual fields or vacuum pods. With X and Y axis pneumatic reference stops
