CNC Control
In order to further speed up the frame making process, the frame maker can be automtated, by downloading the nailing positions from the design software.
Panel assembly information is imported from all popular design packages and processed into machine instructions via our interface. Any changes to nailing centres for example can be made at this stage. The panel assembly order can also be determined at this stage (although it can be overrided later at the assembly stage).
By using in interface between the software the machine, it is possible to assemble panels drawn in different software packages one after the other with ease. The machine moves to the next position and a stop is lowered, allowing the operator to simply position the stud. Manual marking out of the top and bottom rails is thus eliminated. | |

In addition a display shows a picture of the panel to assist the operator in assembling the panel.
