Squaring and cladding
Whilst the panel can be clad on the framing station, more production will be obtained if the panel be clad on a dedicated station allowing the framing station to be used to manufacture a second panel. The squaring station has
- Pop up rollers to accept the frame
- One fixed and one moveable side with 55mm high heavy duty plates to hold the panel square.
- Heavy duty servo motor to pull the panel square.
- Auto squaring device that lowers the rollers, and clamps the panel in both directions to ensure it is squared quickly and and accurately

| The operator can then put on the sheets and either nail fully, or simple tack them on for the panel to be automatically nailed. |
