To support the sales of new machinery, we have introduced a dedicated Technical Support Department, this will incorporate spares, tooling, service and software support.

Our technical team consists of eight factory trained technicians who have a wealth of experience in the installation, maintenance and service of all types of woodworking machinery. We cover all parts of the UK and Ireland with the technicians visits being scheduled through our Service Manager Jane Reid, who is based in the Liverpool office. All of our technicians are contactable for advice and trouble shooting either via phone or email.

To enhance the level of support we have set up a dedicated support desk for software and controller related questions, contact for technical support is Dave Moore.

We carry in stock a comprehensive range of consumables and main line spare parts to cover many new machines. Additionally we are able to supply standard tooling such as sawblades, hollow & swing chisels and rebate blocks, along with specialist high quality TCT tipped tooling for window and door production and other specialist applications.
