Pade MZ Project are specialists in the design and manufacture of CNC bandsawing centres and as result they have built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise in cutting shaped / profiled components for chairs, furniture frames, suite frames, sports equipment etc. In addition these machines can also be used for cutting plastics, composites, cork etc. Depending on the type of material being cut, and if there is a requirement for defect cutting there are 2 models to choose from
The CNC basic is particularly suited to cutting rough, solid wood boards of irregular shapes that have defects or knots. The material is manually positioned on the table and manually positioned on the cutting line after each operation, with operator able to select the position if defects have to be avoided. In addition there 2 positive adjustable clamps on the side of the table that determine the width size of the finished parts.
The UNIVERSAL model gives the possibility to work in manual, semi automatic and fully automatic mode. Fully automatic mode is ideal for cutting panels or boards with no defects (eg OSB, plywood, MDF, chipboard) meaning the movement / cutting cycle are fully automatic. The semi automatic mode gives the option of working with medium to good quality with few defects. Here the operation is also automatic, but with the option of the operator overriding this to manually pause the cycle and move the timber / panel as required to avoid the defect.
No templates are needed for these machines, instead all that is required is a DKF drawing which is imported directly into the IMAGO software. From here the software will do the rest and process the essential component details to make the program for the NC control, with the ability to make speed calculation, nesting programs and also simulation machining. All drives and control systems are manufactured by the world leading Fanuc Organisation whose components have a reputation for giving the highest level of accuracy and reliability. In addition all main axis movements are on precision linear slides and bearings. All CNC models have a blade rotation of +/- 90 degrees enabling even the most complicated shapes to be cut. As result of all these features both models of machines offer a high level of production output, coupled with quick set up times, better utilisation of the timber / panels, better cutting accuracy and improved operator safety.
Max cutting section 1300 x 850 x 100mm high ( On request 2000 x 850 x 100mm high).Cutting angle +/-45 degrees.Minimum radius of cut 45mm.Cast aluminium flywheels 900mm dia.Blade dimensions 5900 x 13 (16-19)mm.Pneumatic blade tensioning.Motor HP 15Electric lubrication pump for main slideways.Basic model - manual positioning of material.Universal model - manual, semi auto, auto feeding of material by roller system
