Busy Year for JJ Smith On Timber Frame Machinery
2015 has proved to be a very successful year for sales of H&M Timber Frame equipment with orders placed for 6 complete nailing and assembly lines, along with 9 H&M angled cross cut saws and several butterfly tables. The nailing bridges are the latest generation of the Mobi One system which was jointly designed by JJ Smith and H&M of Holland and marketed under their MBA brand. Main features of the machines include automatic integration with design software, one man framing and boarding operation along with a space saving design which takes up less floor space when compared with other automated lines. The H&M/T cross cut saws are ideally suited to Timber Frame production thanks to their tight integration to design software as with the Mobi One. A wide range of options can also be specified including compound angle cutting, drilling and notching along with the facility to configure the outfeed with monitors and various different types of printers. For 2016 JJ Smith already have a Mobi One system and H&M 4 axis saw on order, which will be available for demonstration at the companies Liverpool showroom from Spring time.
