TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SERVICE
We have our own dedicated technical support department consisting of service, telephone support desk, spare parts and tooling. The service team consists of seven technicians who cover the whole of the UK, Ireland and Europe with a combined average of over 25 years experience in the installation, maintenance and fault finding on a wide range of woodworking machinery, including CNC equipment.
In addition to our 'in the field' service technicians we have a dedicated telephone support desk that can provide first line assistance in diagnosing hardware and software issues for the main line new machinery that we supply. This assistance can be via telephone, e-mail or were applicable by direct remote access (subject to machine compatibility / internet connection).
For priority assistance we offer an annual technical support contract which includes other hardware and software benefits covering a selected range of machinery and equipment. On request we also quote for machine removals / reinstallations and re-training of new operators. Spares & Tooling
Along side our service arm, we also have spare parts and tooling were we carry in stock a comprehensive range of consumable items and main line spare parts for many of the new machine ranges that we supply. In addition we offer a wide range of standard tooling such as sawblades, hollow / swing chisels, slot mortise cutters, TCT disposable tips along with specialist purpose made window / door tooling.
