Our service and support subscriptions give you complete peace of mind – covering routine servicing, remote technical support, and recommended spare parts for every machine we supply. One subscription, fully tailored to your operation.

Available to all customers operating our core machinery, designed to reduce downtime, control costs, and keep your production running smoothly.

Subscription pricing is tailored to your operation – taking into account the number of machines, recommended spare parts kits, and required service frequency. You can choose to pay annually upfront or spread the cost evenly across the year with a fixed monthly amount.

*Parts outside the recommended spare parts list are available at an additional cost, including fitting time – though the 15% subscriber discount will still apply

Dave joined the company in 1979 as an apprentice engineer where he then went on to become a service engineer. His current role is operations manager where he provides IT & technical support for customers and JJ Smith.

Jane is a 3rd generation family member who started work in 1979, initially in Sales, becoming the Service Manager in 1980. Jane is now working part time, preparing quotes for service work and providing after care and support for our customers.

Stuart joined us in September 2021 as an apprentice spare parts coordinator and has recently moved to a new role in Technical Support, providing internal and external technical support in the UK and overseas.

A valued member of the JJ Smith team since October 1991, Pauline serves as our receptionist at our Kirkby headquarters. Beyond her role at reception, she assists the Tech Support team and takes charge of coordinating travel arrangements for our engineers, both within the UK and overseas.

  • 15% discount on all parts – applies to all spare parts throughout the subscription period, including parts used during servicing and breakdown visits

We also offer a wide range of standard tooling such as sawblades, adhesives, abrasives and clamping accessories available to buy online at competitive prices with free delivery.
