About this Product

This model of machine has been specifically designed for the application of protective films to a wide range of flat materials such as panels, laminates, high gloss panels, glass, aluminium, painted timber, plastic etc. The film once applied protects the material from accidental scratching / marking. The machine can be configured with various options to suit customers individual production requirements, such as infeed and outfeed roller conveyors and rotating film carousel

OMMA’s PRO-J laminator is a machine suitable for medium/high batch production equipped with automatic film cut. It can be installed as standalone unit or in-line.

Technical equipment:
- Automatic transversal cutting of the film by electro pneumatic cutting guillotine. Cutting position is controlled by a programmable electronic positioner connected to an encoder. Cutting precision is about 8/10mm over panel size. Cutting time approx 1 sec.
- Multi function PLC display for machine program with diagnostic.
- Laminating rollers with special anti-adhesive rubber coating.
- Thickness control via hand wheel and mechanical readout with 1/10mm precision.
- Twin guide on infeed / outfeed for panel alignment.
- Geared motors controlled by electronic units for continuous variable feed speed.
- Optical safety device.
- CE safety equipment
