About this Product

The rear fence position is controlled through a touch screen control unit with the ability to create memorised cutting lists, each with up to 8 values. Also the rear fence can be used as a pusher fence as well as a reference fence. Standard features include heavy duty rack and pinion drive of the saw carriage, pusher fence driven by ball screw drives and servo motors for maximum repeat positioning accuracy. There is also a full length pressure bar covered by polycarbonate safety fingers thus ensuring the clamping / cutting area is totally enclosed. Other features include a laser line and a sliding operator control panel at eye level height. Unique features of this model include the automatic tilting table to eject the sawn or waste parts on to an optional lateral conveyor belt. Lastly, thanks to the pneumatic lifting feature of the rear fence, it is possible to also crosscut to length. In this case the machine would need equipping with the optional cross cut tables / stop.

A range of heavy duty rip saws specifically designed for the accurate and safe cutting of large timber sections / timber boards. The machine is available with rip cutting capacity's from 2m up to 6m, fence to saw line capacity up to 1300mm and a cutting height of up to 145mm when using a max blade dia of 500mm.
