INNOVATIVE WOODWORKING MACHINERY & EXPERTISE

X-Floc - Fibreblow Premium Line

A high-performance advanced line for precise and automated insulation filling of walls, roofs and ceilings.

About this Product

The X-Floc Fibreblow® Premium system represents the next level in automated factory insulation technology, designed for high-volume prefabrication and serial renovation. Engineered for speed, precision, and consistency, this modular blow-in insulation solution delivers exceptional results across wall, roof, and ceiling elements – all while maintaining a clean, low-dust environment.

At the heart of the system is the Premium Plate, which features patented nozzles and position lasers to ensure even insulation distribution with minimal material mounding (±10mm). The system achieves uniform density and is compatible with robotic or gantry-based automation, making it ideal for fully integrated production lines.

Combined with the Feeder Lift or Drop units, the Fibreblow Premium offers up to 100% higher material flow and precise fibre preparation using the First In - First Out method, preserving fibre quality without shearing stress. Optional load cells, remote diagnostics, and plug-and-play installation enhance productivity and quality control.

This high-performance automated insulation system ensures health-friendly operation, efficient processing of natural insulation materials like wood fibre, and seamless integration into both existing and new production setups – ideal for companies scaling up their timber frame production.

X-Floc Automated Insulation Filling FAQs

The X-Floc automated insulation system is an industrial blow-in insulation system designed for high-volume prefabrication of building elements such as walls, roofs and ceilings. It fills cavities with loose insulation materials such as wood fibre, cellulose or glass wool, quickly and uniformly with minimal dust. This automated insulation filling system is ideal for offsite timber frame / prefab production.

The X-Floc system works with loose insulation materials including wood fibre, cellulose, and glass wool (or other loose mineral wool), giving you the flexibility to choose an insulation type that suits your project.

The X-Floc automated insulation filling system is designed to be "low-dust". The blow-in process uses an encapsulated injection plate and enclosed material handling, which helps maintain a cleaner, healthier working environmnet compared to manual insulation application.

Compared with cutting and fitting insulation boards manually, the X-Floc system offers faster filling of cavities (high throughput), uniform filling with consistent density and minimal voids, reduced waste (no off-cuts), less handling time and labour, and increased safety due to it's "low-dust" design.

Yes. X-Floc automated insulation blowing machinery is modular and can be integrated into an existing workflow. Both the Premium and Essential line can be mounted via crane, gantry, or a multifunction bridge, making it compatible with automated or semi-automated timber frame production lines. All machine settings and the insulation blowing process can be controlled via a touch screen interface on the injection panel.
