The Fibreblow® system is a unique solution for consistent and settlement-proof blow-in results in roof, wall and ceiling elements. The system is powerful, user-friendly and allows seamless scaling from partially to fully automated processes, adapted to your specific production. It has also been proven in practice that it can be easily integrated into existing production lines, including connection to software-controlled bridge suspensions or robotic systems.
The Fibreblow Plate is a specially designed blowing plate for processing loose wood fibre insulation. In combination with the Fibreblow Feeder Lift and the Fibreblow Feeder Drop, it blows the fibres into the cavities of roofs, walls and ceilings at high speed, evenly and without settling. The distances between the nozzles and the upper and lower edges can be adjusted to ensure optimal corner filling and to increase the blow-in reliability. Thanks to the patent-pending nozzle design, unwanted mounding is prevented.
Using loose insulation materials such as wood fibre, cellulose or glass fibre. With a length of just over 3 metres and 6 outlets, the P6 is easy to handle.
The patented technology ensures process reliability, consistently high execution quality and real time savings in production – a clear competitive advantage for your company
