The EM400 series by X-Floc offers high-performance insulation blow-in machines designed for professional use. ​These versatile machines are compatible with a wide range of insulation materials, including cellulose, wood fiber, rock wool, and more. ​

They support various blowing methods such as open/attic blowing, dry injection, damp spraying, cavity wall insulation, and fire protection. ​With user-friendly operation and precise control via cable or optional radio remote, the EM400 series ensures efficient and dust-free insulation processing. ​

High Capacity and Efficiency ​

Equipped with a 1000-liter hopper, the EM400 series can handle up to 5-6 bags of insulation material, delivering high throughput rates of up to 2450kg/h for cellulose. ​ The machines feature robust steel airlocks, adjustable feed gates, and optional speed control for precise material flow. Designed for both stationary and mobile use, they are easy to transport and maintain, making them ideal for construction sites and factory filling systems. ​

X-Floc EM400 Insulation Machinery FAQs

The X-Floc EM400 series is a range of industrial insulation filling machinery. The machines shred, loosen, and pneumatically convey loose-fill insulation materials (wood fibre, cellulose, glass wool, rock wool etc) into cavities, attics, or prefabricated panels. They can operate as standalone machines or as part of a larger factory filling insulation system.

The X-Floc system works with loose insulation materials including wood fibre, cellulose, and glass wool (or other loose mineral wool), giving you the flexibility to choose an insulation type that suits your project.

The shredder/agitator system ensures insulation fibres are loosened evenly. Adjustable flow rate and air pressure allow precise control of material density. Insulation filling using a hose or the modular injection plate ensures even distribution of insulation accross cavities or panels.

Compared with cutting and fitting insulation boards manually, the X-Floc system offers faster filling of cavities (high throughput), uniform filling with consistent density and minimal voids, reduced waste (no off-cuts), less handling time and labour, and increased safety due to it's "low-dust" design.
