About this Product

A purpose built machine for producing the stop chamfer / stop mould design on the 4 edges of stair balustrades and newel posts in pass - volume production. The machine is equipped with an automatic hopper feed loader, through feed roller drive system and 2 +2 milling spindles (2 x counter rotating). Chamfer length, depth, start and stop points are programmed through the touch screen controller.In addition an outfeed table can be specified with pneumatic kickers linked to the feeding cycle.

Max. section spindle with chamfer on 4 corners 90mm.

Min. length of component 700mm approx.

Max. length of component in CA loader 2000mm (When 90mm sq - max length approx. 1.5m).

Min. length of chamfer with 2+2 spindles 280mm.

4 x electro milling spindles each 3hp adjustable through inverter up to 15,000 rpm.

Through feed roller top drive system with side idle pressure rollers.

Sound / safety enclosure.

Separate electrical panel with touch screen controller.

Outfeed table - inclined - with pneumatic kickers.
