The Fimal Concept Elite Beamsaw has been designed to increase the productivity void between manual panel / wall saws and traditional beamsaws. Using a heavy duty moving saw carriage, powerful pressure beam and state of the art positioning system, the Concept Elite greatly improves accuracy, operator safety and is up to 3 x more productive. The processing of the cut materials can be further automated by using Fimal's cutting-edge board optimisation software which will reduce waste by nesting up to 500 parts and provide the operator with a step-by-step automated cutting sequence.
The Fimal Concept Elite 450 Beamsaw is engineered for the unique demands of timber frame production, with an increased cutting height of up to 150mm making it ideal for cutting insulated panels. With semi-automatic operation, the Concept Elite can increase efficiency and transform timber frame manufacturing processes.
