Machine Description
A fully automatic through feed machine for the volume production of picket fencing elements. As standard the machine is equipped with an automatic vertical loader, 3 position working stations (piece squaring, milling & outfeed transfer).
Machining Process
Once in position, the timber is machined by 2 counter rotating heads following an interchangeable steel template. When finished, the pieces are transferred to unloading belts synchronised to the machine cycle.
Optional Features
On request the machine can be equipped with the following options -
Workpiece return system for one man operation
Special versions available to suit customers' individual production requirements

Loading System:
N° 1 fix left shoulder and mobile right shoulder for the loader, magazine, locking cylinders and milling units.
Manual movement of square rail bearings with pneumatic button for locking/release, position’s reading on digital display.
Vertical magazine adjustable, connected to the shoulders (for a fast regulation of the length of the piece), pneumatic lifts and locking cylinders.
Reinforced structure for loading of heavy loads.
1st Working Station - Milling:
N° 1 + 1 counter rotating milling units, motor kW 4.0 – 9.000 rpm electro-pneumatic activation with hydraulic brake, movement on Y axes adjustable by limit switch, on Z axes by screw and siko max course 200 mm.
Copying device interchangeable.
Centralised adjustment of width by screw and siko (for a fast machine set up).
N° 1 central support complete with straightener cylinder.
N° 1 + 1 unloading motorised belts, synchronised to the machine cycle, motor kW 0.37.
Dimensions:
Length - min. 500 / max. 2400 mm;
Width - min. 20 / max. 150 mm;
Thickness - min. 10 / max. 90 mm;
Possibility to work staked pieces (3 pieces with thickness 16 mm or 2 pieces with 22 mm thickness).
Productivity - 6-8 cycles/minute (according with the pieces width)
