About this Product

A substantially built 7 station rotary sander for turned components. As standard the machine is fitted with 2 x CNC copiers for the flat belt sanding units and mechanically adjusted brush back sanding units for the shaped part of the turning. Movement of the copier units is via precision re-circulating ball / screw drive and linear bearings. The CNC copiers eliminate the need for using a jig or template thus making set up times much quicker than conventional copy sanders. Components are loaded in the inclinded feeding guides and automatically ejected at the front of the machine once the sanding cycle has been completed.
