A CNC Controlled Machine For The Volume Sanding Of Turned Furniture Or Stair Parts

About this Product

The LNX combines 2 x CNC controlled  belt sanding units for sanding the flat parts of the turning . Then for sanding the shaped parts of the turning mechanical oscillating brush back sanding heads are used.

The LNX works extremely well with CKX lathe as they both use the same intorEDIT software for programming.

The machine has 7 rotary work stations and the finished sanded component can be ejected to either the front or rear of the machine. Optional conveyor belts can transport the sanded parts to the sprating or packing areas.
