Designed for integration into a wide range of woodworking and door processing lines, the CPT Panel Rotator uses a motorised double-cone system to accurately rotate panels by 90° in either longitudinal or transverse directions.
Its gearmotor-driven cones, controlled by inverters, ensure smooth and controlled movement, while the rubber-coated surfaces and retractable idle-wheel bars minimise friction and protect delicate finishes. The machine is highly adaptable, with easy manual adjustments to accommodate varying panel sizes and thicknesses, ensuring precise alignment at all times.
For added flexibility, the lower cone can be pneumatically disengaged, allowing the machine to function as a standard conveyor when rotation is not required. This makes the CPT an ideal solution for operations involving squaring, sanding, edge banding, and drilling processes in door production.
