The POWER Plus Thin Cutting Frame Saw was developed to be affordably priced
for companies with medium to small production needs. The machine has a sturdy, solid
cast iron base and is equipped with a 15 kW (20 HP) main motor. The Frame Saw cuts
solid wood blocks into glue-able slats with minimum saw kerf waste. The machine can run
products up to 165 mm in width and 250 mm in height. The POWER Plus provides the
smaller manufacturer a high performance and quality machine for the production of their
veneer slats/lamellas; all for an economical price.

High precision lamellas with gluable surface in tolerance up to ± 0.1 mm, depending
on lamellas width
The "Plus" System is designed for quick set-up and easy adjustment of top
pressure rollers via electrical motor
Air Blast system located directly behind the saw blades keeps the saw blades clean
and prevents heat build-up.
Automatic Opening of the machine for safe and easy removal and installation
of the saw frame.
Sturdy and durable Cast Iron Saw Frame Carriage no play mounted on Linear
Guides.
Feed roller movement is synchronized with the up/down movement of the saw
frame.
Modular Infeed can accommodate a center guide, side guide or channel system.
Chip Breaker prevents splintering on the bottom side of the wood.
