At JJ Smith, we are encouraging our apprentices to expand their horizons on what they eat to allow them to make better choices. By the time they become qualified Service Engineers they will spend a lot of time eating meals away from home so we want to make sure they are staying healthy. We have hosted a couple of in-house tasting events to get everyone used to trying different foods to allow them to be prepared for overseas travel.

Martin Smith and John Stanley announce phased retirement and Rachael Baker appointed new Managing Director of JJ Smith

Managing Director, Martin Smith has announced he will be stepping down from his MD role at JJ Smith & & Co. (Woodworking Machinery) Ltd. Also signalling his phased retirement from the company is Sales Director, John Stanley. Martin & John, both born on 23rd August 1957, are 3rd generation family members, that have worked for the company for 39 and 46 years respectively.
