Stromab TR601 MXA - Ultra Heavy Duty Chain Fed Automatic Crosscut

Robust chain fed hydraulic upstroke saw for beam processing.

About this Product

Saw Unit

A robust and versatile automatic hydraulic upstroke crosscut saw engineered for precise and repetitive cutting of engineered timber, including I-joists, Glulam, Kerto and LVL. The saw unit boasts variable cutting geometry, effortlessly handling materials up to 650mm wide and 200mm high. Powered by a 12hp direct drive saw motor, it slices through even the densest timber, while pneumatic clamping ensures consistency throughout the cutting process.

Infeed

At the heart of this machine lies the market leading Matrix push feed rack and pinion system, enhanced to a 200mm high profile with additional linear bearings, enabling it to bear weights of up to 750kg without compromising on accuracy. For enhanced productivity and seamless operation, the machine comes equipped with a 1450mm capacity automatic chain feed loading system. Optional features include an electronic workpiece sorter and crossfeed unit, streamlining the removal of completed beams from the machine.
