About this Product

A heavy duty programmable CNC machining centre capable of milling, shaping. slotting and drilling solid wood, MDF, OSB, plywood, chipboard or plastic components etc. The machine frame is of monobloc construction using heavy duty electrowelded steel sheets thus ensuring maximum machining accuracy. The machine is easy to programme through a user friendly interface and touch screen controller. The workpieces are clamped by pneumatic cylinders onto work table benches that can be adjusted along the x axis. All main machine movements on are on precision linear slides, bearings with ball screw drives. For maximum operator safety the machining area is totally enclosed at sides and rear with a CE safety cabin. Access to the loading area is through automatic lifting / lowering of front safety screen/s, with 2 working fields for tandem loading, thus maximising production output.Thanks to the configuration of the C axis saw unit for staight or angled cutting, vertical and horizontal milling heads, and point to point drilling head this machine has the flexibility to machine a wide range of different parts for garden products, furniture rails for sofa's / chairs, door frames, kitchen frames etc.

FRAME:

  • Heavy duty thick steel plate electro-welded
  • X axis capacity 3300mm (1500mm plus 1500mm for twin field working option). Y axis 200mm, Z axis 180mm.

WORKING HEAD:

  • Working head with 3 x CNC controlled axis with vertical and horizontal electro spindles. Linear and circular interpolation on 3 axis, X,Y,Z. Max positioning speed 70 mt/min

VERTICAL ELECTRO SPINDLES:

  • 1 x vertical electro-spindle for drilling, milling and mortising - 7kw
  • 1 x support for sawblade rotation with Axis CNC interpolated at 360 degrees
  • N°1 aggregate for cutting/milling/drilling, with 2 exits at 180 degrees.
  • Aggregate shank conical ISO 30 - Tools collet chuck ER32.
  • 1 x vertical electro-spindle, motor kW 7.0, rotation speed adjustable from 12.000 up to 18.000 rpm, adjustable with independent inverter.
  • Aggregate shank conical ISO 30.
  • Tools collet chuck ER32.
  • 1 x electro spindle for drilling, motor kW1.7 / 4.350 rpm, equipped with point-to-point drilling head with following drilling pattern:
  • 5+2 vertical spindles in line, center distance 32mm.
  • 3+3 double-exit horizontal spindles in line for lateral drilling along Y-axis, center distance 32mm.
  • 3+3 double-exit horizontal spindles in line for lengthwise drilling along X-axis, center distance 32mm.

HORIZONTAL ELECTRO SPINDLE:

  •  N. 1 horizontal electro-spindle, Motor kW 5.6, rotation speed adjustable from 12.000 up to 18.000 rpm, adjustable with independent inverter.
  • Tools collet chuck ER32.

CLAMPING AND SUPPORTS :

  • 4+4 holding benches adjustable on slides on X axis. Manual locking with millimetric scale
  • 4+4 vertical clamping cylinders
  • LH / RH pneumatic reference stops

CONTROL UNIT – CAD CAM:

  • Stand-alone electrical cabinet: placed separately from the machine to its side.
  • Numerical control studied on purpose like control unit of the axes and of the functionalities for multi-heads drilling/milling machines.
    - Industrial PC for operator interface with 17” color touch-screen.
    - SSD: 120 GB - Interface: ethernet/USB/RS232.
    - SOFTWARE Parametric programming assisted by 3D working models.
    Possibility of Network connection for programming and remote assistance.
    Remote console to control the machine by the operator during tests and set-up.
    Recall of a work program from an already loaded list of processes/workings.

SAFETY PROTECTION:

  • Perimeter protection cabin made of panels with safety front door automatically activated and synchronized with machine cycle.

CUTTING WASTE EXTRACTION SYSTEM:

  • Conveyor belt for the exhaust of the wood shavings and cutting waste placed under the working area with discharger on the right side. Motor kW 0.37.
  • Protections according CE safety rules
  • Volt 415/50 Hz
