Typical operations include hinge recessing, lock slots and keep preparation, handle and spy hole drilling, door sizing and contouring, vision panel and letterbox apertures, seal and closer grooves, and rebating and sliding door seat machining. 

Its double-sided machining capability allows both faces of the door to be processed simultaneously, significantly improving productivity.

The Doormatic Evolution is specifically engineered for high-volume door production, helping door manufacturers dramatically reduce machining times and manual handling.

Because the machine processes both sides of the door simultaneously in a continuous through-feed operation, a fully machined door can often be completed in as little as one to five minutes depending on specification and operations required.

The Essepigi Doormatic Evolution Bridge is designed to process a wide variety of door types used in modern joinery and doorset manufacturing. Suitable applications include internal flush doors, panelled doors, fire-rated doors, composite doors, and doorset requiring complex ironmongery preparation.
