A heavy duty CNC working centre capable of undertaking a number of machining operations such as door sizing, cutting of apertures, drilling for spy holes, hinge and lock recessing.

Thanks to the automatic linear tool changer it is also possible to machine out grooves for the door seal and also the closer.

The Doormatic Evolution is also equipped with an automatic door width sensor system to help ensure all doors being fed in to the machine are within specified width tolerance.
