INNOVATIVE WOODWORKING MACHINERY & EXPERTISE

Pade MZ Pluris 3 Axis CNC Machining Centre

Specifically Designed For The Volume Production Of Sofa & Chair Frame Parts From Sheet Material Or Solid Wood

About this Product

The Pade MZ Pluris is recognised as the machine of choice for all the main UK and Continental sofa and chair frame manufactures.

The machine can work with OSB, Plywood, MDF, Chipboard (good quality), solid wood and also some composite materials.

It has a number of key advantages over standard CNC nesting machines that include the possibility to stack multiple sheets high eg 5 x 12mm thick sheets, thanks to the use of the bandsaw sheet yield is much better, no vacuum is used so the machine is able to cut small shaped parts without difficulty and lastly cut parts are coming off on to the side discharge conveyor as the machine is still working, thus maximising machine output.

  • Multi-Sheet Machining For Maximum Output
