Cutting performance
Featuring a 360° rotating saw blade with ±90° tilt, the MV520 handles complex cutting geometries on timber sections up to 300 x 90 mm. The 520 mm blade, powered by a 3 kW motor running at 3,000 rpm, provides fast, accurate and repeatable cutting performance.
Software and controls
For seamless production, the MV520 imports BTL files directly, allowing components to move from design software to manufacture with minimal manual input. A powerful Beckhoff 18.5" touchscreen controller provides an intuitive interface for programming, monitoring and optimising production.
Seamless material handling
The integrated dual conveyor system supports efficient material handling and is available in configurations to suit your production requirements. Choose from manual loading or automatic loading, with optional automatic unloading and sorting to create a workflow that matches your factory.
